What is the difference between Membership and Subscription?

“Membership” refers to a specific donation amount given to support CMSPB, with various benefits provided to members. “Subscription” is a package of tickets for the season’s concerts, offering only a discount on ticket prices and fees with no additional benefits.

Does membership include others in my household?

No, Supporting Membership is sold per person. You will be asked to provide the name(s) of each member at the time of purchase. Your account will be in the name of the person who made the purchase. If you wish to update your account name, please call Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager at (561) 379-6773.

Does membership to CMSPB include concert tickets?

Yes, each membership includes a subscription of concert tickets for one.  All Memberships levels are sold per person.

What do I do with my ticket(s) if I cannot attend?

We encourage you to give your tickets to a friend who has not yet experienced a chamber music concert.  Otherwise, tickets may be donated back as a tax-deductible donation.  Contact Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager at (561) 379-6773. up to the day before the event or email info @cmspb.org.

How can members obtain additional tickets?

Members can also purchase a season subscription along with their membership or opt to purchase individual tickets to specific concerts.  Individual tickets become available in October and can be purchased either online or by phone.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the concert?

YES, all concerts require tickets for entry!  Tickets may be presented on your phone (download instructions to Apple & Google wallets are provided with ticket confirmation), printed at home or picked up at Will Call.  Screen prints of tickets will NOT scan.  

How do I attend the pre-concert reception?

The pre-concert reception is for all Supporting Members and Young Friends of CMSPB.  Receptions are held the hour before each concert and include hors d’oeuvres, wine, and beer.  Attendees must provide their name at the check-in table for entry.  If you are a Subscriber or individual ticket purchaser and wish to learn more about attending receptions, please call Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager at (561) 379-6773.

What is the Artist Circle Dinner?

The Artist Circle Dinner is an intimate social event at a private club in Palm Beach where you can mingle and dine with the performers and make new friends.  The post-concert dinners are for members at the Artist Circle level and above.  Members are sent an invitation before each concert and purchase their dinner in advance for an additional cost.  To upgrade your membership, please call Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager at (561) 379-6773. Dinners includes cocktails, wine, appetizers, main course, and dessert.  Free street parking or valet parking is provided at the club.

Is my Membership or Subscription tax-deductible?

Each membership is tax deductible for the amount paid minus $640 for tickets, goods and services.  Subscriptions are not tax-deductible.  CMSPB is a recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, Tax ID # 46-1933232. 

How do I pay for my Membership or Subscription from a Foundation or by check?

Foundations may pay for the tax-deductible portion only.  The balance can be paid by personal check or credit card.  Please call Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager at (561) 379-6773 for details and to make arrangements.

When do individual tickets go on sale?

Individual tickets will be available October 1, 2025.

Where do I buy single tickets after October 1st?

For concerts performed at The Kravis Center, tickets may be purchased online at Kravis.org or by phone with the Kravis Box Office at (561) 832-7469.
For concerts performed at The Norton Museum of Art, tickets may be purchased online at cmspb.org or by phone with Susan Andrews, Patron Services Manager, at at (561) 379-6773.

What can I expect at Kravis Center?

Concerts will be performed in The Rinker Playhouse at The Kravis Center. Tickets will be required for entry. Seating will be general admission and have 3 price tiers to accommodate all.

Is there parking at The Norton Museum of Art and The Kravis Center?

Complimentary valet parking is provided for Supporting Members at both venues. Free self-parking is available for all.
